Technical responsibility for a system is inseparable from the legal and ethical responsibility for how it is installed. FM operates in full compliance with applicable regulations, recognising that supplier compliance is the client's first line of legal protection.

Our reliability rests on four pillars of lawful conduct, transparency and responsibility.
The first pillar is our two-star Legality Rating, an official distinction awarded by AGCM, the Italian Competition Authority. This score, above the basic rating, publicly attests to our high level of compliance with legal and ethical standards. For our clients, the rating guarantees administrative transparency, fair business conduct and a strong reputation, while also providing significant advantages when accessing tenders or funding.
The second pillar is lawful and transparent contracting. We categorically reject any unfair or opaque business practices. We ensure full traceability of financial and contractual flows relating to our projects, operating transparently and in accordance with anti-money laundering and fair competition regulations.
The third pillar is workplace safety as a fundamental value. We strictly apply Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008 and all occupational health regulations. Protecting personnel on site is a primary moral obligation and also safeguards continuity for the client's project, helping protect it from disputes, accidents and work stoppages.
The fourth pillar is corporate responsibility, expressed through ongoing monitoring and prevention of corporate risks. This ensures that the Group is a secure, transparent and reliable partner, including for the corporate due diligence required by major industrial groups and multinational companies.
