FM Installazioni was founded in 1998 with a clear vision: to build complex systems with the same care and rigour as building a business. In over 25 years, that vision has become a comprehensive operating model, supporting clients throughout the entire life cycle of their systems.

Our origins
FM Installazioni was founded as a sole proprietorship in Preganziol (Treviso), working in electrical installations and industrial automation. From the outset, its work focused on demanding environments: mobile telecommunications, industry and office facilities.

Consolidation
The business became an Italian limited liability company (S.r.l.) and began a certification programme, achieving ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification and SOA qualifications, enabling participation in major private and public tenders.

Service integration
FM Installazioni expanded its services to include heating and plumbing systems, air conditioning and climate control, fire protection and video surveillance. Routine and non-routine maintenance services were introduced, alongside the first turnkey contracting projects, from design to handover.

Integrated management
FM Installazioni operates as a full-service provider of integrated building systems, focused on north-eastern Italy and able to work nationwide.
Through its subsidiary ECS Engineering, it offers advanced Building Management System solutions for remote monitoring and intelligent system management.
