Our Training Approach: Sharing Expertise in the Field
FM Academy is built on a practical teaching principle: experience gained over years on site and on complex systems must become shared knowledge throughout the organisation.
Training covers the correct operation and maintenance of transformer substations and high-power distribution boards, management and control of boilers and complex heating installations, optimisation of industrial cooling systems such as chillers, heat pumps and fan coil units, and installation and testing of plumbing and fluid distribution networks. Courses also cover specialist management of security and fire protection systems, examining both regulatory developments and practical field inspection procedures.
Daily mentoring is complemented by structured external technical training, enabling our team to obtain and maintain leading industry certifications and supporting measurable, rigorous professional development.
